Children who want to earn badges and work in a more structured class will enjoy this General Gym class.
Most Children start their Gymnastics Journey in this class, from age 4yrs your child will attend independently while parents can sit in our café and watch through our viewing windows, or free to leave them and collect after the class.
Gymnasts will be lead by Coaches through different stations of equipment and progression of Gymnastics Skills.
We have two age groups for this class
4 – 6yrs & 7yrs and over, some Gymnasts will be talent spotted and moved to the older class or our Squad Classes even if they are younger.
We are pleased to be part of RISE GYMNASTICS where your child will progress through the scheme and receive a Certificate and Medal ( extra cost) This programme has lots of development streams see below:
• Core Skills Levels 1 - 4
• Apparatus Levels 1 – 4
• Working Together 1 – 4
GENERAL GYM CLASSES AND TIMES
Age 4 – 6yrs
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at 4pm - 5pm
Saturday 1:30pm – 2:30pm
Age 7yrs and Above
Monday, Thursday 5:15pm - 6:15pm
Cost £7 per class
2 week consecutive paid trial, then Monthly payments.
